Very insecure administrators working for Ski.com - Accounting Ski.com Employee Review

Unsupportive, insecure and easily threatened upper management creates weak and feeble minded employees and team. This is a very short sited company with only a couple of owners whom do not truly see the texture of the company they own at the present (they are out of touch). The owners are not in touch with the people they have hired to carry out the important job responsibilities of their company. It is very unfortunate. There is no team dynamic and their philosophy is not in line with the workplace that is current TODAY. Very old school and autocratic mentality - and it is no wonder they have a hard time hiring and keeping solid employees.
