      Some of the people/team and exposure to the type of work and meeting people from around the world.

      Cons

      Recognition for internal business service based roles is non existent and they are not valued in the slightest, the internal politics and double standards shown.

      Pros

      Sharing peer support network, with great knowledge. Passion for people access and new product innovation which drives continuous learning platform for PM's and Teams. Ability to have your voice heard and enhancements/process re-engineering developed and implemented from this. Great training on software/upgrades and new products.

      Cons

      Expectation to be constantly available, particularly on the client side. Pressure to perform profitably when oft times this is out of your control...
