Shared finance and HR. Bottom line is that SP will be tasked with managing both functions so Graceland essentially gets free back office support. Keep in mind a few things: Graceland leadership has ZERO experience running a business. The HR leader at SP is the epitome of the Peter Principle, and is overwhelmed just “trying” to do her job as it is. The cherry on top of all of this is the SP COO is a lackluster under performer who has no understanding of financial statements of how to read/interpret them.
