The Complete Truth - Marketing Head SkillSpeed Employee Review

I see a lot of negativity surrounding this company on Glassdoor and I'd like to address that. The complaints range from a poor CEO, harsh work environment and an overall toxic culture. I've been working at Skillspeed for the last 14 months and have seen this company grown from a rookie to now a strong player in the elearning market. The only reason we've been able to do so it because of our solid & dedicated team. In addition to this, I've personally got the best learning environment possible. And, whenever a company does well, a certain set of people get jealous. These are the people who don't want to earn their success, lack motivation and want to be spoon-fed and well paid. Therefore, they were asked to leave. However, I still wish them the best for their career. :)
