Pros

Solid training, good people, recruiters work hard to get you placed. Does what it says on the tin - you put in the effort in the training and on project, and they'll put you on a job.

Cons

Actual contact with company rather than client can be nebulous and confusing. Their placements are great but tracking down the right people at the company itself can sometimes be a trial. No real clear path to reskill via cohort - if you're picked up for one system/language, there doesn't seem to be any real way to swap into another program (even if you have experience with it) if your primary work starts drying up. Hiring is done with some overhead for contractor churn - feels like every season we'd lose a few to work deficit even with another cohort in the wings.

Pros

None. Total waste of 8 months being strung along told that I was already hired through them but would have to wait on a client contract. I went through projects, one interview, and was never placed. The recruiters wasted my time for literally 8 months with no job offers.

Cons

Wait time, pay (60k for all tech roles outside of major suburban areas like NYC), lack of communication, expecting applicants to lie about their experience in interviews, bait and switch tactics for which jobs are actually available, expectation to wear a suit and tie for an online make believe interview with the company that doesn't actually lead anywhere
