      Phenomenal team and great leadership Great opportunity in this market Leadership values input of everyone

      Much success is oriented on how facilities are doing which is out of your control Manufacturing goes up and down and with that production can go up and down Upward growth is limited Salary is lower than average recruiter salary in the area
