Pros
Team is amazing and very supportive! Management and senior team members are always wants you involved and provides plently of oppurtunities for growth. Although there are high standards for the business in terms of revenue, it's in a healthy and non micro-managing way. Plenty of opporutnities for travel, great package benefits, good work-life balance (3 day in office, 2 wfh). Great parental leave policy! Team is very close-knit and very positive and thriving company culture.
Cons
Team is smaller in Sydney than other companies so you do need to put in the work, however management isn't unreasonable.
