The pay "cheque" is always late and he only pays you once a month. Unprofessional inappropriate jokes and physically drag you by your shirt or poke you. A lot of gossip about employees, colleagues, and patients. High turn over and low pay. Very bad place to work at but then again he can never find employees because he doesn't treat his worker right and this company doesn't offer any benefits. If you want him to like you just keep bribing him with gifts and food. Or if you need a favor and your an immigrant. If you know what I mean.
No room for growth and you don't get paid over time.
