The product truly works, and there are some amazing, talented cross-functional team members to learn and grow it.
Cons
The Leadership Team was the worst part of the experience. The majority of the leaders were not horrible people managers with egos. Many have showcased discrimination, retaliation, and manipulation that have resulted in the voluntary turnover of many roles. We lost a lot of people, including me, due to a toxic work environment. Bad Leadership has been protected for too long, and the brand will ultimately suffer. This seems to be a reoccurring trend for many brands under the L'Oreal umbrella.
