Good experience, not a good workplace - Medical Assistant SkinDC Employee Review

Toxic work environment, several providers were difficult to work with, one of which being so difficult no one wanted to work with them. I have never worked in an office that needed to rotate teams due to one provider being so unpleasant. This ultimately caused more issues because you were switching between patients, equipment and SPECIFIC preferences for each provider. Discouraged to use PTO and employee benefits were difficult to access. Half my paycheck went to $160 monthly parking and an even more expensive insurance plan.
