      I would say the restaurant employees are the main culprits of losing money, as they dictate if you are going to get the order on time or not. They are bloody slow and rude

      Cons

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
