Pros
Young company with really nice people to work with. Company is growing fast so you're expected to take ownership of your work very early on. Definitely different than working at other companies in Winnipeg. Everyone is pretty nice at work too.
Cons
At times roles or tasks can change quickly or on the fly but that's part of the challenge. I guess it can be expected because the company is growing fast and still a startup company. Also, it is sometimes hard to keep up with the new faces in other departments.
