      Poor Organization structure Senior Management are inexperienced They can do better with pay and benefits (only 5 sick days a year, doesn't help if you have young kids )

      - short wait times - good schedule - high paying orders - good cx service - flexible hours

      Cons

      - have to accept every order to receive high paying orders - glitches sometimes - low cx tips - first come first served scheduling - too many drivers
