Mission-Driven Impact - together we've helped thousands of small businesses around the US navigate complicated funding opportunities - there's no feeling like hearing from a small business owner after they've been funded. it's SO rewarding to hear the gratitude from them and see the direct impact we've made on their businesses and subsequently their lives Company Culture - everyone's in it together, constantly jumping in to help teammates. We have a great group of folks who truly care about each other and enjoy each other's company Remote - It's hard to beat the flexibility! Plus, working with a multicultural team from around the globe adds a whole new element that makes Skip more than just a place to work. We're a big, diverse, distributed family working around the clock & around the globe to make an impact. A High Bar - it's not easy to build a high-growth startup and I'm proud that we've set a high level of expectations for ourselves. It's one of the main things about Senior Management that gives me confidence for the future of Skip.

Cons

Growing Pains - like any high-growth startup things come in fits & starts, and sometimes we change directions quickly. Being an agile company has its stressors and some folks do better than others in keeping up
