Pros
Co-workers are fantastic, flexible schedule, remote
Cons
As most people know, it all starts from the top. The CEO puts on a facade that the company is open and willing to all suggestions from employees, but when it comes time to implement them, he shuts them down. If you want to work somewhere that values you, your talents, and most of all integrity, Skip is not the place for you. Management (or lack there of) will push you into uncomfortable situations and only get involved when an escalated incident is even more escalated, and thats not all. They will tell you they have your back, but throw you under the bus trying to appease unworthy clients. What once was a promising work environment has now turned into a glorified call center. It is an absolute shame to see the amount of talent that has come and gone from Skip. Not to mention the clients are getting scammed left and right.
