Cons
-MANAGEMENT. They hound and micromanage you so bad and terrorize you with passive aggressive text on your days off, If you don't sell product your hours will be cut and you will be put on a plan. Even if you sell more on other days.
-You only get 10% commission on product sales but only if its their first time buying the product so if you have repeat clients you're not getting commission when they re-up on products that they've bought already which directly lessens your pay and you're pressured to sell them new products they might not even need.
-Hours cut even if you're full-time. So pay checks are really inconsistent. And you find out your shift the day you work. NO work life balance whatsoever
-Owner and manager want you to suck up to them and be their pet.
-Unfair treatment between employees.
-Owner has NO knowledge of the Esthetics industry.
-Cleanliness is not a priority at the Houston location.
-Will have to perform a lot of massage as an esti, including feet, and its not very clean.
-Body aches from long hours
-No benefits
