Pros
highly motivated, young company with a great product and great people. A lot of green space for selling. They are just starting to make what will be huge waves in this industry. Amazing industry recognition and killer logos across the board. Management is supportive. The culture is great, no red tape or possessiveness across business units or managers. Contributions are recognized with rapid career growth and progression.
Cons
This is not a con - but rather something one would expect at a start-up. You need to be a true start-up rep to thrive here, as no one is going to be telling you how to do your job day in and day out, and you will be expected to know the ins and outs of all selling. You have to contribute just as much to selling, and the strategy which will make you successful.
