Toxic environment, mediocre salary(with no significant raises) no bonus system, and a nonexistent career path. They overhired during the pandemic, as no one foresaw that the quarantine will be over, one day. Unfortunately, things are going from bad to worse. They have no respect for their employees and they make them feel disposable. The upper management constantly makes wrong decisions that affect their employees. If you are looking for career growth and a good salary, just stay away.
