Even if you work hard, there’s little recognition or reward — the pay remains low regardless of your performance. There’s also no proper work-life balance, as overtime and weekend work can become a regular thing just to meet unrealistic targets. The overall environment can be stressful, with poor communication from management and limited room for growth or skill development. It feels like the company values output over employee well-being.
