      Pros

      Absolutely one of the best camps in America and an incredible ministry minded organization lead by some of the best in the industry. Seeks to develop their staff and has lots of opportunities to expand.

      Cons

      Schedule can be hard sometimes, but it's the summer camp industry so there will always be crazy busy times and slower times. Hard work, but very rewarding. Guest groups can be hard but again that's why you work there: to serve those groups and love them well during their time at camp.
