Pros
Hands on training is great from the start, it quickly dwindled after 2 -3 months. Then they make you rely on phone calls to manufacturers, and figuring it out for yourself. Meeting friendly ready to please folks. Insensitive to buy retirement funds and invest in stocks.
Cons
Fake movie generated smiles. Fake gratitude, If you are not Hispanic or don't speak Spanish, don't bother applying, you won't catch on to how warranty works. And you won't understand all the behind your back smack talk. When you get comfortable with your job, they will give you more to do without talking about a raise. Top your chef is not considered nor is company to employee truly appreciated although the BBQ can be good sometimes. Don't ask for time off, you won't get it.
