Pros
- "Sports team"-like culture
- Highly collaborative and helpful environment
- You learn something new on a daily basis
- The product is truly promising on a very long-term perspective
- People-first policy, which contributes to work-life balance
Cons
- Not really a "con" in general, but as with all startups, some people can be uncomfortable with quick-changing priorities. What you're working on today may not have an immediate impact until the later stages of the business (I find this delayed-gratification exciting, and better, to some extent)
