They acquire some great businesses, which means you might get to work alongside some talented individuals
Cons
• Very poor people practices - they don't care about their employees and there is little to know development opportunities unless your face fits. • Illegally fire people with under 2 years service to avoid following correct redundancy processes. • Where they can't fire they pay people to leave, again to avoid following the correct process. I dont know why they are so against redundancy, except that they don't do anything fairly or transparently. • Shifting goal posts with retention bonuses and refusing to pay out, again illegally. • As a result of the above, morale is low and many people are leaving of their own accord, some even without new roles to go to. Such is their digust at the treatment of employees. • Pay is poor and perks are few.
