Pros
Since it is a small start up, you get to touch different aspects of the company outside of your job title. Lot's of responsibility and room to grow if you can put the effort and time outside of work to learn
Cons
Honestly, I had a terrible time working for the company. The CEO is a horrible leader, does not care about his employees or customers (only cares about money), is condescending, and sketchy. I felt myself turning into someone I did not want to be at this company due to the sketchy and un-ethical practices I felt forced into. I was exhausted in and outside of work constantly due to the stress and unhealthy work environment. You will need to learn a lot on your own to keep up, but you will not have the time to do so as you will be in charge of managing an unrealistic amount of apps daily. I felt like even if I worked as hard as I possibly could during work hours, through the night and weekends, it was never enough. There is never any positive reinforcement and everything you do will be shot down. There is a high turnover rate at this company for a reason. The emotional and mental stress this company will put you through is not worth it. Do not work here, you will regret it.
