Cons
-commission structure makes it difficult and confusing to hit goals, it also changes on a monthly basis and the company has fully changes the way we get paid out over 3 times in the last 4 years which results in less and less commission seen by Mobile Experts
-upper management will listen to co cerns and say your voice is being heard, but no change comes about
-upper management has been caught in blatant lies to skew and manipulate the truth
-an entire store up and quit 2 months back because of the fact that commission seems to be less than what was expected by structure and when brought to superiors attention, they were brushed off. Management said they fired everyone because they weren't with the right mindset or working well.
