Favoritism and bad management - Anonymous employee Skyetec Employee Review

Problems don’t get solved here. A sleeping employee or someone who’s clearly not working go unpunished while others are picked on for one phone call or them having an off day. Management is aware of the problems and even from multiple complaints from people they still remain. Workload is too big and they continue to hire people at low rates who are not educated or can’t learn the basics of some of the positions. There’s a lot of favoritism that goes on and you better be on the favorite side or you’ll get picked on. Hypocrisy is also an issue. Management making a big deal of small things but also not following the rules they set. A few people have gotten fired for no valid reason or no proof behind the reasons provided.
