They love what they do and are always informed with the latest trends and movement in the industry. boutique culture - some people may not like this (instead wishing they were at a much larger firm with bureaucratic processes) but the size of Skyhook allows them to be lean and to pivot to current trends faster than other firms.

the mission of the company was still in flux while I was there, leading to ambiguity over the "why" of our work. However, by the time I was leaving this was already solidifying and I understand from current employees that this has improved. Now, I hear, they have a laser-like focus on a single purpose as a company.
