We feel that this reflects our Company’s respect and treatment of our employees. The Company monitors computer usage to address security concerns and improving productivity. All employees are notified of this on a regular basis to ensure that they are aware of it. With a steady stream of social media posts and breaking news updates only a click away, staying focused on work duties is more difficult than ever in addition to opening emails, downloading software, and clicking on virus and phishing links that can destroy company information and, in some cases, hold company information hostage.
