Pros

Got to continue learning right out of college of what business looks like in a real business setting and outside of the classroom. The training was step by step and super structured which made it easy to learn.

Cons

If you don't learn the basics and apply yourself, you probably won't do well. Applying yourself may mean extra time and effort put in outside of the typical hours. Not necessarily a negative, but could be viewed as one if you do not have time to commit outside of work in order to grow.

Pros

There are so many different opportunities available here! I just recently moved to Cincinnati and because of this company, it was a very easy transition. Not only is the job rewarding, but the people are inviting and fun as well. I was told my first day what I needed to achieve in order to earn a promotion, and it has given me the drive to work hard every day. I love that promotions are performance-based, because I know that my future lies in my hands and aren't based on seniority. Like I said before, the people that work here are incredible. There is such a great team atmosphere, and camaraderie is important in my opinion. I made friends with my co-workers within my first week and it makes work fun. I especially love that we can hang out together after work, and even formed a kickball team.

Cons

I typically work more than the average 40 hours a week, but that's just because I want to put in an extra few minutes a day to obtain a promotion faster. I'm never forced to work more than the typical full-time hours, but I choose to. I'm also working towards a goal that will allow me to take office trips to Indianapolis, Orlando and Long Beach this summer, which is definitely worth the extra time in my mind.
