Steady work for the most part. Very few layoffs. Good place to learn.

Not a large company, so you do not get the standard benefits of larger companies.

When staffing is at optimal levels the schedule is 4 on 6 off. Dispatch was rarely at that level, ITC was on occasion but the momentsomeone is on vacation or someone quits you're back on to 4 on/4 off

Poor Management- It's been said by many female employees that since the new management is Middle Eastern you won't have any opportunity - I find this to be true. Terrible and overly manual work processes, Lack of innovation. The website looks slick, if only the public knew how stuck in the 80's this company is. Morale is awful. Dispatchers are there to get experience to leave for something better. Vacation is said to be 2 weeks (Which on 4 on/6 off schedule you would think would allow you to have 16 days off while using 4 days - Benefits of shift work...... Nope! They give you 10 days off because "The M-F people complained the shift workers got too much time off" Terrible pay and benefits Complete lack of culture
