Pros
Working at Skyward IT Solutions is a fantastic experience. I find Dmitry to be an inspiration, and he is technically savvy as well, not like many IT company leaders, and he really cares about what we do here, and the customers we serve. The team here is like a big family, always ready to help and collaborate. There's a real sense of camaraderie that makes every day enjoyable. One thing I love is the commitment to personal growth – they invest in your development, and you're encouraged to explore new skills and technologies. I definitely feel like my ideas are valued - even if I have an idea the rest of the team/group doesn't think is the best solution, I am heard, and I appreciate that. The work-life balance is one of the best I've experienced, ensuring you can have a career without sacrificing time with loved ones. Plus, the diverse and inclusive culture makes it a truly welcoming place to work, where different perspectives are celebrated. Overall, I don't really feel like this is a "job" because I enjoy what I do here so much. I am really proud to be a part of this team and consider myself very fortunate.

None really. If I thought there was one worth describing here, I'd rather talk to one my my leaders about it so we could come up with a plan to make a change. I feel like they'd be receptive to it.
