Pros
- This isn't in the concept stage. It's not CGI. The numbers aren't inflated. One of Skyways' core tenets is Integrity, and it's apparent in the product and the company as a whole - we do what we say, and say what we do. - Skyways offers a unique opportunity to contribute to building a highly technical product, with vast potential for growth. The vision is clear and everyone in the company is thrilled to work toward it. Office politics are nonexistent, and we're all working toward a shared goal. Every task I (or others) take on is meaningful and relevant to the product. - Company outlook is great. We've delivered product to customers who operate the product and want more. Regular development efforts continuously add value to the product - The people are great. Everybody here is excellent at what they do. We hold a high bar on hiring, and it keeps us efficient and lean, while not being so strict to hinder development pace. - Leadership strikes confidence. This isn't a pipe dream started up by a business analyst or capital partner, this company was founded upon hard tech, aviation, and robotics experience. Every title is well earned - again, no politics. No egos. Anyone can communicate freely across any level. - Potential for personal growth. Once again, no politics. Every employee has the opportunity to learn and grow. Big things coming.
Cons
- Yeah, it's a lot of work sometimes, and it's demanding. This is an aero tech startup, and we're getting things done. Less of a "con" and more of a shared understanding of what's necessary to achieve real progress on a global level. - We can't grow fast enough. Reach out to us, talk with us, join us. Tell your friends.
