You'll meet a few really good guys here, so when you want to found a startup you will have the right person
Cons
H1B employees work so hard that covers the mistakes and low efficiency of management. Pay is under market level, new employee will get higher salary than the top engineers(not manager) that worked a few years. Dictatorship is sometimes good for the company/board to make profit, but not good for engineers.
