Upper management and stock holders greed. Worse Healthcare, less raises, less bonuses - Fab Tech II Skyworks Solutions Employee Review

managers only focusing on the negative things, in Newbury Park, and the new overall manager for the manufacturing that came in about 3 years ago. They only care about numbers and micro manage the hard working people and do not care about the harder you work if you just make a couple of very small mistakes which most of the faster harder workers tend to make. The slower non caring workers tend to get better raises because they do not make 2 o 3 more small mistakes. taken bonuses like best buy cards, lucky to get 1 or 2 percent raises now even if your in the top percent of workers. Very negative management mostly focus on any small mistakes, no focus on employee morale. Only good shift is B2 in the Fab building because the supervisor is so good and nice, respectfull to the employees in the fab building and they still do real good on the numbers. So many people dislike working there because of the bad management style, most long term employees wanting to get out, in the fab is like a sweat shop atmosphere, repetitive work non stop boring after a couple years. Very greedy upper stock holders and management giving worse medical benefits and bonuses when we are breaking all there expectations. Fab environment is bad because of management attitude towards the employees. No talking work like a robot is what I mean. Work fast and non stop but if you make a very small mistake then they will tell you to slow down what a joke.
