Company does not care about employees - Material Handler Skyworks Solutions Employee Review

-Company runs very lean and is always looking to cut employees -Executives are never cut during layoffs -HR is never cut during layoffs -Work loads increase with less staff and but pay does not go up. -Benefits were so much better but they cut back on our benefits as well.
