Pros
Very good place to work if you're looking to be micromanaged, infantilized and work in a dog eat dog environment. Initiatives are discouraged and imagination forbidden. Departments are silos with minimal communication exchanged. Just used to build "empires". If you like to battle IT and spend half your hours trying to work around them, then this is a company for you.
Cons
Pathetic health insurance. Consider yourself effectively uninsured. Challenge even preventive annual exams.
