Good group of employees, everyone knows everyone. Great apprenticeship program Sick pay, annual attendance bonus. Morning and after shifts, (no nights) Monday to Thursday 6:00-14:00, Friday 6:00-12:00 Monday to Wednesday 2:00-12:00, Thursday 2:00-22:20 Good location, in the middle of Derby, Nottingham and Leicester.

Struggle to retaining new employees, due to ‘too late’ over due pay-rises. Usually offered when employee is already set on leaving.

Two shifts on a bi-weekly rotation. 3 day weekend every other week Pay is pretty decent for a smallish company Plenty of overtime available if employees want it Yearly attendance bonus

Lack of communication between office and shop floor workers can make things difficult at times Micro-management No employee incentives other than yearly bonus
