      My manager is very understanding and allows me to work in a bit flexible hours as long as I get things done, so I can pop out to do school runs.

      A lot of opportunity as the company is well positioned with tier 1 technologies in their overall stack giving them a broader perspective to bring to the market

      Constant change in leadership & evolving commission structure - has created a level of uncertainty in the direction the ship is being steered
