Pros
No travel, sabbatical benefit, yearly company retreat, hourly pay lets you rack up overtime and extra PTO, no up or out mentality
Cons
PTO is pathetic for a consulting organization as large as it is (12 days to start), as is maternity leave (2 months paid). Depending on the client, it may be more staff augmentation than true strategic work.
