Great coworkers and management. Lots of character.

Whole day relies on customers. I.e. slow days, rude customers, etc.

The food served is good for the location.

Management has a long documented history of vitriol, violence, and hateful language directed at employees. Pay is minimal and corners will be quietly cut at every given opportunity, expect extreme outbursts if you attempt to address this. Job descriptions are irrelevant, all employees will be expected to do the work of all positions with no change in pay while management offers minimal to no support or training. "Open/full availability" will be taken to mean 50-60 working hours per week. Parking in not included in the Indianapolis location and will cost $10-$25 per day. Depending on the location, expect either sexual harassment, hate speech, or violent outbursts from upper management to be commonplace.
