Pros

The founders and the IT team are great. The software is also quite good. Employees are kind. Great working environment at the main office.

Cons

Poor sales team management. Managers keep changing constantly. The manager itself is very indecisive in nature which leads to confusions due to different orders from different managers all at once. Unnecessary briefing sessions, hence a lot of time ends up beings wasted. You will not be honored or given credit but demotivated and insulted for your work. You will be used for getting high profile clients and will not be looped into further discussions. Basically, you will feel used and thrown. Way too many politics and accusations. There is an HR but not for the employees. Reimbursement is a myth.

Pros

REALLY GOOD COMPANY..... There is a lot to learn, you will "have" to feel dedicating your entire soul and hardwork to this company and you will be payed the "best in market" according to them. There are some noices might be heard sometimes that is not to "scare" you, its just a ambient noice that keeps you remembering your bad decisions, and how you could have been in a better place - you will learn how to just make things work without understanding as speed is the top priority here. - you will learn how to stay up night there and solve that issue somehow which is anyway going to occur after a month. reccuring revenue is important. - you will learn how bad words were such a good way to communicate rather than proper explanation. - your self esteem will be boosted with kind words. It will be a one time opportunity to work here, as after that you will never vant , get to work here

Cons

None, very very good company

Pros

Support team is overall decent and gets the job done when they're not being treated like tech support elves.

Cons

The team is constantly ignored and barred from education, like they're allergic to technical terms. Some management folks are so undeserving, they make "Peter Principle" look like a promotion strategy. Plus, that one dummy project is still rotting in my GitHub repo—I never even got a demo chance!
