I have no cons for this company

The co workers were nice to work with, everyone hustled to make that money together.

Everything else...where can I start. The company makes you work these buy out private events where there is a mandatory gratuity, except none of the servers/bartenders see a DIME of it. Some of the clients are truly terrible people who are racist, misogynistic, pigs, etc, which says a lot about Slate because money is more important to them than anything else. Also, they throw away all the leftover event food instead of feeding the staff because they would rather us starve or use our own money to pay for a meal there. One more thing, they won't fire you because they're lacking two spheres down under and don't want to get "sued" or pay any compensation. Instead, they will just completely remove you from the schedule or put you on suspension forever because they are wusses.
