      If you’re unlucky your hours might be beyond what is physically tolerable; supervisors vary significantly and trainee work in some seats can be repetitive.

      Pros

      A well thought out internship scheme, ranging from department talks, commercial awareness, group projects and individual tasks. Supervisors were engaged and keen to help students develop.

      Cons

      The virtual environment meant it was harder to see examples to current cases or how trainees integrate in the teams.
