Pros
Slavic is a great place to work, but facing a handful of growing pains. The previous COO left in December and over the past 5 months a handful of positive changes have occured which include: casual attire (yes, we can wear jeans every single day!), a work from home - remote policy, and an updated organizational structure which provides employees a path to promotion along with professional/personal growth. The Slavic team is a family; everyone is kind and caring. The benefits, pay and 401k match are generous! I feel very lucky to work for this company and I know the future for Slavic is very bright.
Cons
The average manager has been at Slavic for 15+ years which is the reason for the old, inefficient processes. Accountability on the executive, management and employee level are lacking.
