      Pros

      This is a privately owned company. The benefits are very good. Bonuses are fair if you are willing to work long hours.

      Cons

      There have been no salary raises in two years. Also very frustrating that the company values the large customer to the point of fully neglecting the medium customers that the company was built upon.
