Cons
You guys are smart enough to know that the 5 star reviews on this thing are pretty bloated. Sledge is doing a heavy push to bringing people on because of the mass exodus that is happening and instead of doing the right thing and retain talent they are posting fake positive reviews on here. Word is getting out of the inner frat club, cut throat management style, and terrible BS being slung around. Pretty much all the bad reviews are true. I would steer clear unless you are desperate and if you are asking how can it really be? Then read the bad reviews again or ask someone that you know that works here for a true opinion. If you are looking for just a passing by job, get in then get out quickly. Greed and Cheapness runs high in this food train and the company has no problem greasing the gravy train with good talent and burning them out.
