The founders of Sleek are excellent to work with - hugely experienced in this company and this industry, but very progressive and supportive of doing things differently and better. The values (Simple, Loyal, Entrepreneurial, Excellent, Kindness) are lived out every day, and are an authentic representation of the approach the founders and leaders take, which filters down to all levels of the organisation. Employees joining Sleek are encouraged to be the best they can be, and are recognised for the contributions they make. There is a strong teamwork culture, and genuine caring approach to clients. Very humble, but ambitious at the same time.
Cons
Don't expect big-company systems and bureaucracy (but that is a great thing, not a "Con" at all! Just setting expectations - this is a fast growing startup :)
