Pros

There are some genuinely lovely and caring people there. Moves at a glacial pace so as long as you go with the flow and don't try to change anything - it can be a stress free environment. The office space is nice. A decent place for junior roles with opportunity to develop your career.

Cons

Key leaders have no idea how to run business functions or manage people. Senior management are their friends. There is a distinct lack of diversity of gender across levels of seniority. Avoid if you're looking for a senior role and bring experience - you'll be squeezed out of the room by all the hubris. Also, other reviews are questionable - check out the dates. Why suddenly 2-3 positive on the same day?

Pros

- Great hybrid options to support work life balance - Great and supportive culture. Never once felt ridiculed / criticized - Office is very modern with amenities and snacks - Legitimately some of the best employee perks I have seen at any business - Wellbeing days: Effectively 6 extra Annual leave days - Work from anywhere: Able to work from anywhere in the world for 1 month of the year (i.e. when on holiday etc...) - Free mattress and other products - Learning and development budget each year - Discounts for friends and family - Employee referral programs - birthday gifts, anniversary gifts and Christmas gifts

Cons

For me the only thing is that the office isnt close to where I live. Its based on Prahran in the inner south east

Pros

You’ll get a free mattress… which will probably outlast your job here.

Cons

If you’re thinking of joining, read this first. Seen it happen time and time again here, from IT to Finance to Product. They bring in good people from outside, pick their brains, take the processes they’ve built, then once the “inner circle” reckons they’ve learned enough, they push them out. This mob started about 10 years back like any other startup, learning from others to get the business going. But now they’re run by a tight group of long-term mates and their mates’ mates, who’ve never worked anywhere else including the people who will interview you. They’re insecure about anyone with fresh ideas, and politics runs the place more than performance. If you’re hoping for a fair go and a proper team culture, you won’t find it here.
