Pros

- Leadership has been very understanding of my personal situation as a parent - Young, energetic team that’s fun to work with - Leadership listens and values input - Company is financially stable and performing well - No layoffs due to money issues, only when someone isn’t a good fit or underperforming

Cons

- Still a younger company, so processes and structure are being figured out. But hasn't been an issue with current employees.

Pros

Great growth opportunity in a rapidly growing company. Collaborative culture amongst all the departments.

Cons

Busy months get crazy but if you enjoy a fast-paced work environment, you'll enjoy it.

Pros

- Extremely fast-paced learning environment. You get exposure to real business decisions early—marketing, ops, finance—not just siloed tasks. - High ownership. If you want responsibility, you’ll get it quickly. There’s no waiting 2–3 years to “earn” a seat at the table. - Direct access to leadership. The founder is involved, which means decisions get made fast and feedback is immediate. - Strong team of people who are actually building something, not just maintaining it. The people who stick around are sharp and execution-focused. - You will grow quickly if you can handle pressure and accountability.

Cons

- Not a corporate environment. There isn’t a perfectly built structure or playbook—you’re expected to help create it. - High expectations and pace can feel intense, especially if you’re early in your career or coming from a slower company. - Feedback is direct and sometimes blunt. If you need a lot of hand-holding or validation, this will feel uncomfortable. - Priorities can shift quickly as the business evolves. That’s the reality of a growing company, but it’s not for everyone. - Accountability is real—performance matters, and not everyone is the right fit long-term.
