High level of technical skill. Constantly improving the codebase and product. Really nice people. Good wages.

Highly complex codebase turns some people off. A lot of client work on individuals.

- Truly flexible company. Able to pick up children, attend appointments etc. - Staff are all lovely and so helpful. As it's such a big product you never feel like you can't ask questions. - Opportunity to grow. Sharedo are willing to help you progress in your career. - Good option to work remotely or hybrid. - Really good culture. Christmas parties and summer parties are a good way to meet the rest of the company.
